Norfolk Bowling Club
The Norfolk Bowling Club, is located in the Cathedral City of Norwich in the East Anglian county of Norfolk. We have two outdoor greens (one not currently in use) and seven indoor rinks. We are affiliated to Bowls England, English Indoor Bowling Association Ltd and both the Men's and Ladies Indoor and Outdoor County Associations and offer competitive bowls, to those who want it, at National, County and club level in both team and individual formats.
We welcome new members from 8 to 80 and beyond, whether an experienced player or new to our wonderful game, please use our website to gain more information on the history of our club, which celebrated its centenary in 2022, and what we can offer. 11th September - Renewal Reminder - Any member who has not yet paid their renewal subscription is reminded they are now NOT permitted to play indoors and may be asked to vacate the green. If you intend to renew please ensure any outstanding subscription, locker and/or 200 club fees are paid not later than Friday 19th September.
9th September - Lost Property - a number of unclaimed items have been found at the club and are available for collection by the indoor entrance. Any uncollected items will be disposed of after the 30th September.
Open Day Saturday 27th September - our annual open day will be held on Saturday 27th September between 10am to 4pm. Adverts will be placed in local magazines, and on the club Facebook page. We would ask that all members share this with friends and family, or just arrange to bring them along.

3rd September - Midweek Drives - members are advised that from Wednesday 10th September the midweek drives organised by Brian Howlett will start at 12pm noon.
Players who wish to take part are asked to arrive at least 20 minutes before the scheduled start time for this and all other drives.
2nd September - Outdoor AGM & Prize Giving 14/10 - the Outdoor AGM & Prize Giving will be held on Tuesday 14th October, commencing at 7pm, in the indoor clubhouse. Further information will be shared via the website and indoor noticeboards.
Note: All Single Triples league matches on 14/10 have been moved to 16/12 and all team captains have been notified.

National & County Competition Bookings via Bowlr - please click here for important information in relation to the booking of rinks for national and county competitions via Bowlr.
Rink Bookings - members are reminded that rinks must be booked for all games, even for a roll-up on an empty rink. Please ensure that rinks are booked via the Bowlr system in advance of your game or on arrival at the club via the monitor by the office.
Website / Facebook Updates - whilst the editors of the website and our Facebook page endeavour to keep up with results and news, please let Chris Taylor or Helen Jamieson know of any news you feel should be shared. This is especially important as we reach the final stages of club and individual national/county competitions.
