Donation to Big C from Norfolk Bowling Club
The second annual Charlie Boon Memorial tournament was held at Norfolk Bowling club on July 19th in memory of a dear member of the club.
A great day was had by all 24 teams taking part with some very competitive but friendly bowling.
Players took part from local clubs in the area supported by spectators. Our grateful thanks go firstly to Chris Willgress for all his work in organising the event, to all the helpers for making it a success and everyone who came along to support it.
Liz Boon was delighted to present a cheque for £1170.27 to local cancer charity the Big C.
