Indoor Section AGM Notice
In accordance with rule 1.b notice is hereby given that the
Annual General Meeting of the Norfolk Bowling Club - Indoor Section
will be held on Thursday 26th March 2026 at 7pm
In accordance with Rule 6.a members shall nominate for election at the Annual General Meeting the following officers and members to serve on the Indoor Committee.
- Chair – one year term.
- Ladies Indoor Secretary – three-year term.
- Men’s Indoor Secretary – three-year term.
- Indoor Committee Secretary - three-year term.
- Indoor League Secretary – one year term.
- Indoor Competition Secretary – one year term.
- Welfare officer – one year term.
- Elected members – three female and three male (one female and one male to retire annually)
Nominations for these offices should be written on the nomination forms provided on the main notice board and returned to Chris Taylor the Indoor Secretary by Thursday 12th March 2026.
In accordance with Rule 2.i members shall nominate for election at the Annual General Meeting the following positions who DO NOT serve on the Indoor Committee.
- President – one year term.
- Club Captain (Ladies) – one year term.
- Club Captain (Men) – one year term.
- Team Captains (see below) – one year term.
- Ladies County league A and B team captains
- Men’s County League A, B and C team captains
- Men’s O60s County Double Rink league A and B team captains
Nominations for these roles should be written on the nomination forms provided on the main notice board and returned to Chris Taylor the Indoor Secretary by Wednesday 18th March 2026.
In accordance with rule 2.f any Notices of Motion or Propositions should be written on the forms provided on the main notice board and returned to Chris Taylor the Indoor Secretary by Wednesday 18th March 2026.
