In accordance with rule 1.b and the notice previously given the
Annual General Meeting of the Norfolk Bowling Club - Indoor Section
will be held on Thursday 26th March 2026 at 7pm

The following documents relate to the meeting and hard copies will be available in the lounge from Monday 23rd March
In accordance with rule 2.f I can confirm that the following Notices of Motion or Propositions were received and will be discussed in detail at the AGM.
In accordance with Rule 2.h I can confirm that the following nominations were received or recommended by the indoor committee in line with Rule 6.c.
- Chair – Ray Lewis
- Ladies Indoor Secretary – Annette Hazell
- Men’s Indoor Secretary – Chris Taylor
- Indoor Committee Secretary - Chris Taylor
- Indoor League Secretary – Chris Taylor
- Welfare officer – Rachel Stevenson
- Elected members – Pat Headland, Kay Carrick, Jackie Devitt, Trevor Goddard, David Willoughby & Tony Headland.
- Indoor Competition Secretary – No nomination or recommendation from the indoor committee and this will therefore be put to the AGM
In accordance with Rule 2.i I can confirm that the following nominations were received
- President – No nomination and this will therefore be put to the AGM
- Club Captain – No nomination and this will therefore be put to the AGM
- Team Captains
- Ladies A team - Jack Devitt
- Ladies B team - Rachel Stevenson
- Men’s A Team - No nomination and this will therefore be put to the AGM
- Men's B Team - No nomination and this will therefore be put to the AGM
- Men's C Team - No nomination and this will therefore be put to the AGM
- Men’s O60s County Double Rink Team - Withdrawn due to changes made by County on format of league.
